• Safeguard your credentials and promptly notify us of unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, harmful, or deceptive conduct.
• Do not bypass or interfere with security, authentication, rate limits, or anti-fraud measures.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of Australia.

4. Orders, Payments & Pricing

Prices, taxes, fees, shipping costs, and availability may change. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in AUD.

5. Subscriptions, Cancellations & Refunds

If the Service includes subscriptions, billing recurs on the interval you select until cancelled. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by TheGifty or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or upload. You grant TheGifty a licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display your content to operate and improve the Service.

The Service may integrate or link to third-party services such as payments, analytics, and logistics.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available, except for rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded by law.
