1. Browse and find a gift

You can start by exploring categories, using search or applying filters. For example, you can:

  • browse by occasion (birthday, anniversary, thank you and more);
  • filter by product type (flowers, chocolate gifts, hampers, wellness items and so on);
  • look at gifts from a specific store you like;
  • set your preferred price range or delivery options.

2. Open the product page

When you find something you like, click on the product card to view details. On the product page you will see:

  • a description of the gift and what is included;
  • photos of the product or gift box;
  • information about ingredients, dietary tags or allergens (if applicable);
  • delivery options, approximate timeframes and any special conditions.

3. Add to cart

If the gift suits your needs, select the available options (for example size, flavour or colour, if offered by the seller) and click Add to cart. You can continue shopping and add more items or go straight to checkout.

4. Go to checkout

At checkout you will be asked to:

  • review the items in your cart and the total price;
  • enter the delivery address in Australia and the recipient details;
  • choose the available delivery method and date (if offered by the store);
  • add a gift message, if this option is available.

5. Pay securely

After confirming your order details, you can pay using the payment methods offered on TheGifty (for example, bank card or other supported options). Payments are processed securely, and the order is then passed to the relevant store that will prepare and send your gift.

6. Order confirmation and updates

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email with the main details of your purchase. Depending on the store and delivery method, you may also receive tracking information or status updates about your gift.
